Private island resort from the air: Steel House aerial photography

For hotels & resorts

Content that fills rooms.

We shoot on property, run the feed, and point everything at direct bookings, so the OTAs take a smaller bite and the brand gets stronger every month.

The problem

The property is premium.
The feed says otherwise.

Most hotels run on borrowed content: phone snaps, stale hero shots, whatever the last agency left behind. Guests notice. So do the algorithms. Meanwhile OTA commissions quietly eat the margin that better perception would protect.

The fix isn’t a bigger ad budget. It’s a content system: capture on property, a planned grid, consistent publishing, and reporting that ties back to bookings.

What we run

The monthly system

01

Capture on property

Shoot days planned against seasons, events, and occupancy goals: rooms, F&B, water, and the moments between.

02

Plan the grid

The month laid out visually before anything posts: every property has a look, and the feed protects it.

03

Publish & manage

Captions in the property’s voice, posting handled, comments and DMs watched like a front desk.

04

Report on what matters

A monthly readout on movement toward bookings, not vanity metrics dressed up in a deck.

Beyond the partnerships

We’ve shot more properties than we manage.

Not every property needs the monthly system: some needed a library, a launch, or a film. The call sheet keeps growing.

How it starts

A call. A shoot. A system.

How a partnership works
01

The call

Twenty minutes. Before it, we look at your channels, your photography, and your booking mix, so the call is an honest read on whether we can move your number, not a pitch.

02

The first shoot

When it fits, we come to the property: shoot days and a starter library. That trip is where "we get in the water" stops being a slogan. You see the work before committing to anything ongoing.

03

The system

If the first shoot proves it, the monthly partnership starts: grid, publishing, reporting, and a feed that compounds. Our longest partnerships started exactly this way.

Straight answers

What does a hotel content partnership include?

Shoot days on property, a visually planned monthly grid, short-form video, captions and publishing, community management, and a monthly report tied to bookings-side goals. Email programs bolt on when the list is worth working.

We already have a marketing team. Where do you fit?

We are the content engine underneath them. Your team keeps strategy and brand ownership; we deliver the system, capture, production, publishing, that they never have time to run in-house.

Can you work with brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, etc.)?

Yes. We run the feed for a Westin: corporate standards and local personality are not enemies when the content is planned properly.

Do you travel to remote properties?

A private island forty miles off the Belize coast has been a partner since 2021, and we have shot as far as Komodo, Indonesia. Remote is our comfort zone: based in Cleveland, Ohio, on location everywhere.

How do you measure success?

Engagement is a means. We report on the movement that matters: traffic, direct-booking signals, and revenue where the property shares it. One client doubled revenue in year one: that is the bar we aim at.

The next partnership

Your property deserves content as good as the place itself.

Tell us about the property. We'll tell you honestly what a content system could do for it.
