Using this site

You are welcome here. Read it, share it, send a link to a colleague. What you cannot do is copy the site wholesale, scrape it to train a product, or pass our work off as someone else’s.

The photography and film

Every image and every frame of film on this site was made by Steel House, and we or our clients own it. The work shown for a client remains that client’s property and appears here with the working relationship behind it. Client names, logos, and marks belong to those clients.

None of it is stock and none of it is licensed for reuse. If you want to use something you see here, ask us: tom@steelhouseproductions.com. The answer is often yes with a credit.

What the site is, and is not

This site describes work we have done and services we offer. It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract. Scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables live in a signed estimate or statement of work, and that document controls if it ever disagrees with something written here.

Results shown here

The numbers on this site are real and come from client reporting and platform analytics for those specific engagements. They describe what happened for those properties and brands. They are not a promise of what will happen for yours, because no honest studio can make that promise.

Sending us something

If you send an inquiry, an idea, or a brief through the form or by email, we treat it as confidential to the working conversation. Do not send us anything you consider a trade secret before we have an agreement in place.

Links out

We link to client sites, press coverage, and social profiles. We do not control those and are not responsible for what is on them.

Liability

This site is provided as is. We keep it accurate and working, but we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it or from anything being briefly wrong or unavailable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
