The brief

Ocean Tide Beach Resort runs its own excursions: the reef, the caves, the ruins, the boat named Goose. The tours had boats, guides born on these waters, and repeat guests. What they did not have was a presence online worth the name. Guests found the excursions at the front desk, after the trip was already booked. In October 2025 the resort asked us to give the tours a brand of their own that sells the stay, without splitting the resort’s audience in two.

The work

Every shoot day on the water already fed the resort’s feed. We pointed the second camera at the tours: the boat leaving the dock, headlamps in the cave, the swing at Secret Beach, horses crossing the river, a grill smoking on an empty stretch of sand. Steel House built 501’s Instagram and Facebook from zero and gave the brand a home inside the resort’s website, so a tour is one tap from the room it leaves from.

The system

501 runs inside the same monthly partnership as the resort: one planned grid across both accounts, captions in the guides’ voice, cross-posts timed so each brand sends its audience to the other, and the DMs answered like a front desk. One day on the water fills two feeds.

The parent resort

501 is the excursion arm of Ocean Tide Beach Resort, a Steel House partner since 2023, where the wider content system doubled revenue in its first year. The tours are what that feed is made of. 501’s own channels are where the adventure gets its full say. Read the resort’s case study for the other half.

The results

The receipts are Meta’s own, and the partnership is not yet a year old. From January through August 2026, 501’s channels logged more than 650,000 views and 39,000 interactions, almost all of it organic, on a feed that started from nothing the previous October. The DMs turned into a booking desk: guests asking about dates, boats, and packages before they land. For a tour company, that is where the number lands.

The website

Fourteen ways in. One booking.

501's home online lives inside the resort's site, designed and built by Steel House: island tours, mainland adventures, and stay-and-adventure packages, all scheduled before the guest lands.

The takeaway

A resort's excursions are a second brand waiting to happen. Started from zero in October 2025 and run inside the same monthly system, 501 Adventure Tours now sells the stay as hard as the stay sells the tours.
